To limit the risk of uncontrolled community spread of COVID-19, we are moving to a Virtual-First approach for your convenience and safety.

This means in-person appointments cannot be directly scheduled; all appointments must first be by phone or video, and only if absolutely necessary will an in-person appointment be facilitated.
